CineSense beta terms.

CineSense is provided by Bryzr Studio (Brian Shiau). These terms apply to the public Mac beta and its optional integrations. By using CineSense, you agree to these terms.

Using the beta

You may install and use the beta for your filmmaking work, including commercial projects. Features and availability can change as the app develops. This beta does not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Keep your own backup habits and check the copies yourself before relying on them.

Your footage and your decisions

Your videos, photos, and other files remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to copy, upload, and use them, choosing the correct source and destinations, and keeping enough storage available. Keep Copy selected during the beta. Before formatting a camera card, open the day folder, play some videos, inspect some photos, and check the file count. A cloud copy never makes a card safe to format.

Optional connected services

You choose whether to connect Google Drive or another supported cloud account, send footage to DaVinci Resolve Studio, or configure notifications. Those services have their own terms, limits, and fees. You remain responsible for your accounts and storage plan. Cloud copy proof depends on the provider and is stated in the app.

Privacy and feedback

The CineSense privacy policy explains data use and how to disconnect accounts. Diagnostics stay on your Mac unless you choose to send them. Feedback is welcome at beta@bryzrstudio.com; share only information you have permission to share.

Changes and stopping use

Updates and changes to these terms are published on this website and in release notes as appropriate. You can stop using the app and disconnect integrations at any time. Uninstalling CineSense does not delete your footage, cloud copies, or all local records. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
